When ECCU hosts your event, you get more than just a room full
of tables and chairs. Every room is equipped with the technology, ambiance, and staffing to
meet your specific needs. From the overall effect to the smallest detail, ECCU will help
you accomplish the event you envisioned.
Audio/Visual Equipment
No need to rent equipment from a third party. ECCU already
has state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment for no additional fee to ensure that you are clearly seen and heard.
Our main Auditorium is equipped with a professional sound and lighting mixing board.
Speakers and singers can freely move around with our wireless microphones, and musicians
have the option of individually plugging in their instruments for proper mixing.
Our large movie screen and video projector are center stage for an excellent view from any
seat in the auditorium. You can switch quickly from a PowerPoint presentation to a DVD or VHS
movie.
A technician will ensure that your presentation goes
off without a hitch.
Catering
Our preferred caterers offer a wide variety of food choices at reasonable prices. They are
available for banquet-style seating, buffet lines, and open dining stations. They provide
delivery to ECCU and assistance in setup and cleanup. Brea boasts some of the finest dining
options available. ECCU is pleased to provide you with many of these catering
choices for your event.

Event Planners
Planning an event often takes more coordination, scheduling, and
brainstorming than you can offer. Allow one of ECCU's event planners to ease your mind and
help your event flow smoothly. Your event planner will personally work alongside you in
the days leading up to the event to ensure that every detail is expertly handled on the
big day.
